I coach enterprises through ways-of-working plot twists. People first, tools second, especially when the path isn’t clear.
I form a hypothesis, run the experiment, stay close to the workflow, and keep what creates customer value. Domain judgment first. Tools second.
I work across customers and the teams that serve them: design, manufacturing, marketing, sales, operations, and executives. I want to know what actually matters before we ship.
I use Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Replit, ElevenLabs, Hugging Face, ChatGPT, Gemini, World Labs, and more. Enough to know what each is good for. Not enough to pretend one stack is the religion.
I build in public when it helps.
